I'm not surprised by this, as the solar gross tariff a couple of years
ago was very heavily promoted in the local press in the Central Coast
and north coast.
I expect a complete list would show Byron, Coffs etc. to be similarly
high (and also the Blue Mountains).
If you had a large, unobstructed roof and access to capital to pay for
it, a large solar installation was a clear money maker.
