Whilst Mr. Coleman's summary may be unscientifically phrased or
qualified opinion, it is based on his two years of journalistic peeking
and poking, with persons like:

Joe D'Aleo , Certified Consulting Meteorologist and Fellow of the
American Meteorological Society
Complete interview with S. Fred Singer, Ph.D.
S. Fred Singer, Ph.D., is an Atmospheric Physicist, Emeritus from the
University of Virginia. In the 1960s Singer was a leading figure in the
early development of earth observation satellites, becoming a Special
Advisor on space developments to President Eisenhower and establishing
the National Weather Bureau's Satellite Service Center as well as
becoming its first Director. 

Whilst I may personally agree with you about some of his presentation
methods, he has gained considerable recognition amongst the US public as
someone that is a "debunker" of global warming.
