I think Nokia´s partnership with the Evil Empire of Redmondia is what
ensures they won´t be able to survive for long.

Unless Microsoft´s trojan (Mr. Elop) plan from the beginning is to
bring to firm to the brink of bankruptcy, then wait for the MSFT
savior to come and rescue them by buying the company, for pocket
change. Still a risky proposition.

The MeeGo Linux based N9 is a great phone. On the other hand I
wouldn´t touch any Windows Phone with a 10ft pole.
