How in the world do these two ideas go together: land slide - 24 hr. 
surveillance; land slide - 24 hr. surveillance. They're going to 
watch it happen? How about just putting cameras pointing at the hills 
that slide and watch?

I'm sure all those poor people in the shanties really get benefit out 
of this system.
