Presumably written as hits per day so that a new site doesn't have to
achieve 15,000 hits to fall under juristriction.

Personally, I'd like to see a situation where the corrections get the same
media space as the the original flakey item:  Headline for headline, time
segment for time segment.  Knock out an add break or two and commercial TV
would sit up and take notice.  Then again, there's probably a lot of
non-viewers, possibly including me, who might gleefully tune in to 60
Minutes to watch a five minute prime time retraction.
