[LINK] Question on political expression and common law protections

Hi all,

Just another quick Q to appeal for group knowledge --

What are some common law 'protections' that been reduced in australia 
that impact/have possible impact on political expression?

ie: i'm thinking of the 'NSW bikie laws' that prevent freedom of 
association? -- that sort of thing... though its not a very good example?

Make sense?

I need at least 3 good examples of erosion of common law protections for 
any form of political expression.... surely there's bound to be heaps here!
