Sorry, on second reading, I see I misunderstood your message. Yes,
you're right -- tariffs could rise in response to fewer units being
sold across the large, fixed cost networks. Thus accelerating the
effect, as more people decide to avoid the cost of grid electricity.
Getting back on topic for Link, this is a bit like the British Telecom
effect:
