The 'architectural blueprints' are published on NBNCo's website or available from other sources. There's very little left that can't be worked out by any vendor or competent individual.

Yes.

Simply, Huawei would have access to the architectural blueprints of NBN 
infrastructure. This alone bring up serious issues of national security.
