Option 1.
If you enter the address of the facilty followed by "peering list", you
would get a full list of orgnisations that peer there.
E.g: 529 Bryant/66 Hudson etc.

Option 2.
Nanog Attendees list for a full list of companies that peer most places.

Option 3. (The easiest option)
Any looking glass --- i.e.: any ISP with a looking Glass for reverse to
your ip.
