I haven't looked at these, but their existence 
was advised in this month's PC Update magazine:

It explains the NBN to a lay audience, via six short videos

The site is designed to be easy to use, the videos
are (hopefully) clear and easily understood It will
assist Seniors wanting to know more about the
National Broadband Network, and more about
broadband in general
