good grief, what a way to punish those at the lower end of the scale. 
The next thing they'll do is data match the travel data with 
Centrelink job search data. Oops! I may have just started something......

You gotta wonder if anyone thinks much about anything beyond their 
own area any more. The description of that 'service' *cough* in 
Canberra is enough to put me off public transport unless it were the 
only option. Out Nation's Capital - now go home or rent a car. At 
least the traffic isn't an issue up there, unlike Melbourne.
