A "web server outage" in my book is when:

a. The server doesn´t respond
b. The server replies with a "under maintenance" or likewise message

However when you access it you get
Not Found

The requested URL / was not found on this server.
Which means all content has been removed.

Strange, to say the least. That´s why I asked if anybody knew what had
happened to the project.
