I don't know Jan,
They seem to have gotten rid of your complaint without even having to 
field it.

Makes their customer service response and TIO complaint numbers for 
their annual reporting to the ASX look much better...

I would say that was exactly what they were trying to achieve... why do 
you ask if that's the best that we can do ?
