I particularly liked this line in Diego Doval's response:

a lot with them." -

I recall Management complaining that the Email system was using most of the 
System resources - so, I produced graphs to show the number of emails that 
were being generated and ofcourse, everyone in the organisation knew what 
email meant to them!
