Yes, great visualisation. If you tick soley
on the "Hacking" method of leakage, you'll see that
it is by far the greatest cause. Although, how "hacking"
and "poor security" differ is not explained.

And although not that prevalent, some whoppers
come up when you tick solely on "Inside Job."

And it is to this last above to which this thread is addressed.
