The obvious solution would be for NBN Co/Government to pay for
replacement equipment for those on Age and Disability Pensions, as was
done with the conversion to digital TV (under the Household Assistance
Scheme). Imaginatively I suggest this be called the 'NBN Household
Assistance Scheme':
