At a guess, Tom, the end of that sentence is "has access to the web" ??

Mobile apps certainly interact with the web. You can tweet and facebook
from you phone, after all.
But Sir Tim couldn't be more right in his observations about mobile apps.
They are tedious to code in a variety of languages, and have to be recoded
to work across different phone platforms.
The way forward is to write a single app in HTML5 that can be run within
a web browser or on a mobile device as a stand-alone.
Why do I get the feeling that mobile phone companies will resist calls to
"unwall" and take on HTML 5?

It seems Aaron's prosecutors were a threat to his life, as he
committed suicide this month (no note). A terrible and senseless
loss of life and a loss to the Internet community and the pursuit
of Internet freedoms.
