nope, I can understand that. It's a 'national ID' by default.

The security is managed OK from my understanding of how it was to be 
handled, but it doesn't change the fact of 'super departments' that 
all of us must use having all the info they need. I've avoided 
Centrelink contact in all the nearly 20 years I've lived here, but 
soon I won't be able to avoid it, merely because of my age and the 
benefits I won't go without. So is that age discriminatory? hmmmm.....
