A better use of Information Technology in relation to health (rather than
acute medical care) would
be:

*a website of recipes made from fresh ingredients and cooking lessons (TAFE
used to broadcast their basic course on community TV),
*online ordering and delivery of basic nutrition ingredients at regulated
prices, across the
country,
*providing everyone with an pedal generator to power
*universal access to basic nutrition ingredients within walking distance.

Perhaps the education system needs to incorporate a competency in nutrition
as well as reading, writing and financial management.
