UK Prime Minister David Cameron has been showing increasing signs of
barminess, but the announcements reported this week really do seem to
be off the planet.

Warning: I've not researched this, and the reports that have landed
in my tray are the partisan channels Torrentfreak and The Daily Mail.

Interesting aspects in those reports:
- The UK Prime Minister has announced a plan to:
     - filter the Web, or maybe the Internet as a whole
     - require people to opt-in to 'online porn'
- He singled out for praise the HomeSafe system
- The Homesafe scheme censors many things, not just porn,
     whatever that is
- The default settings are for the censorship of all of them to be on
- HomeSafe is run by Huawei
