[LINK] Quad-core Android tablet $249

That one doesn't seem to have GSM capabilities - which seems to add
about $100 to the price.
I'm wary of cheap Android tablets after purchasing a Kogan which seemed
to go flat in about an hour, whether in standby or even turned off.
