Well for four years I've been calling the Philippines (mobile to mobile)
for an hour daily & when the free Skype and Jitsi are being cantankerous
which is surprisingly often and simultaneously. Knowing this, I searched
then for the best rates. By far, the Optus 'Connect 4 Less" prepaid plan.
