The installers are probably paid on the same plan as Foxtel and the former Austar
satTV installers - a fixed amount per house connected (around $50 possibly)  no matter
if its is a 'hard' or 'easy' install.
Gives them reason to try to hurry up the hard ones to get in as many as possible
during the day, and reason to refuse to even start the 'almost impossible' ones at all
and move on to the next in the list.
