[LINK] Telstra Wi-Fi Hotspots in Australian Capital City Centres by November

Telstra announced it would have Wi-Fi hotspots in Australian capital 
city centres by November. These will be free for a trial period, after 
which there will be a fee for non-Telstra broadband customers.
