Renewed my driver's licence today. Apparently, I somehow applied for
their online services at the same time. Below is text from the complaint
I lodged via their web form:

It does have a button labelled "Log In". Pressing that leads to another, even lengthier, URL beginning https://www.myrta.com/wps/portal/extvp/myrta/login/... That page has fields labelled "Photo card number" and "Password". The temporary password doesn't work with either my surname or my photo licence number.
