OTOH Australian ISP are sitting on a more-or-less open infrastructure and
are not milking vertical markets like happens (relentlessly) in the US.
What seems to be the major gripe in the US is ISP puts the brake on say
Netflix to "enhance" their own video service.  And, since your ISP is often
determined by your address you don't have options to switch.  They need an
NBN, but hey so do we. :)  An Australian ISP would not get away with what
goes on in the US, customers would switch.
