I have Flash installed, but turned off. So I see gray rectangles with 
"Activate Adobe Flash" where the content would be. Occasionally I need 
to look at something using Flash, so I then activate it just for that 
page once. Normally I am disappointed with the result: hard to read text 
and nonsense video.
