It is but let's at least take the 'organic' approach to get folks in
authority aka those with the money at least beginning the journey. We
can wax lyrical ad nauseum but if we do not begin to use common
messaging around 'coding' (to mean whatever you want it to mean,) so
long as we get the necessary changes to attitudes happening that will
allow us to reach those goals you mention.
That's my simplistic way, some progress is better than no progress and
if we seek to develop deeper understanding right now, we run the risk of
having no result at all.
