According to http://www.itnews.com.au/news/the-atos-secret-to-keeping-its-infosec-staff-engaged-410716
(and other Google Searches) an appsec capability is being developed by
the ATO.
Aside from involvement by the Privacy Commissioner, I am not aware
what enforcement (if any) the ATO can enact against Accountants?
