Hi Jim,

There may well have been a Denial of Service attack. But how come the 
attackers knew to attack at 7pm, when most householders were attempting 
to complete the census, and the ABS/IBM/Government and who ever else was 
being paid to run the census did not. Particularly as the questions 
related to the night of the census.

How did those who completed the census early, including the Prime 
Minister, know where they would spend that night?

It possibly turned into an all nighter on 9th August for those involved 
in the Census.
