I had to laugh, too, but I also wasn't exactly crying for him. He was getting speeds in the teens and higher, while I get only MAX of 8 on a direct test file download on ADSL. What is he really complaining about? The same problem we all have: providers bait and switch language of 'up to xxx' speed. That's what shared lines are going to do for anyone as they fill up.
