I was going to comment on that because I clicked your link and scrolled 
through half a dozen pages and I didn't see anything newsworthy.

New Matilda explains why:

be called “NBN driven”. That’s the sort of article that quotes from an 
NBN announcement or publicity event, generally positively, about the 
on-going construction of the network."

That's pretty much what I saw.
