Sorry to not answer any of the questions, but I just need to point this out:

Malcolm Turnbull lied to the Tasmanians, twice.

Firstly he said he would honour the contracts to finish the FTTP build 
in TAS.
He did not.

Secondly, to save Hodgman, he said that he would perform trials of aerial
FTTP deployment in TAS. He did not.

Now he is overloading the existing LTSS. The experts are already calling for
a third satellite to be launched *now*.
