Yet a torrent tracker is overt public data and Andrey Rogov is named
by News Corp.

As far as I am aware

as yet to publish a response to NewsCorp and
https://torrentfreak.com/i-know-what-you-downloaded-on-bittorrent-111210/
(same service, slightly different name) was published in 2011 too.
