NBN takeup is slow. IIRC <40% of premises passed migrate in the first few
months after a suburb goes live.

Internet Australia has called on NBN to improve its marketing so that the
takeup rate improves and we can march forward into the bold internet future
it thinks awaits us all, slow speeds notwithstanding.

nbn tends not to hit back at IA, but off the record quite sensibly (IMHO)
points out that five years ago we were told that VoD would need FTTP at
100Mbps. And now Netflix et all are doing it at 3.5Mbps ...
