[LINK] NBN Co won't say how many ADSL users will end up on satellite

The original plan was for satellite to cover about 200,000 premises. 
That was said to be about 3% of the population. Under the Coalition, 
that figure went up to 435,000 premises. That was also said to be 3% of 
the population. Now, it's 412,000 premises and still 3% of the population.
