Last week I gave a guest lecture to Systems Engineering students at the 
Australian National University on "Environmental Concerns". To make it 
topical, I looked at using the Internet to create a 2,000 MW "virtual 
power station" to double the capacity of the PM's Snowy 2 Scheme:
