In Tuggeranong (South Canberra) everywhere that has or is in build status for NBN already has Transact VDSL2. Pretty much the same for Belconnen (North West Canberra). Interestingly there is very little in build status in Tuggeranong.

Gungahlin (North East Canberra) is different. When it was being developed Telstra told the ACT Government that it would put fibre everywhere, then backed out once development was underway. For years most of Gungahlin either couldn’t get ADSL (on a RIM) or with really crappy speeds. NBN there, even FTTN, is be a real improvement.

Carl.
