No. Tuesday night I attended "Will the NEG transform Australia's energy 
landscape?" at the Australian National University, with a panel of the 
ACT Minister for Climate Change and Sustainability, two technical 
experts and a journalist. In general the panelists agreed that 
Australia's energy landscape will be transformed, but despite, not 
because of, the NEG.
