The complete sentence read: "But the problem with MHRecord lies in it's unknown objectives, and poor implementation based on what we assume."  That was intended to be interpreted as:

"But the problem with trying to discuss MHRecord lies in the fact that we do not know its formal objectives (i.e. as specified in its System Requirements document), and its apparently poor implementation is based on the objectives we assume."

Sorry for the confusion...
