The good news is that this means you're 20 yrs younger than you think  (:-)}

Thanks for that:

(1)  there's a need for a bit more in the paper on the lack of evidence of 
     consciousness and the limited scope of cognition in 'intelligence' as
     that term is used by AI practitioners and marketers

(2)  it would be useful to know "[what] concept of AI [do] legislators and
     lawyers have in the heads?", because if it's dangerously off the beam,
     we need a concerted campaign to adjust their sense of what AI is
