AI is a broad term that encompasses the development of algorithms that are able to adapt and learn, which could boost the automation of many tasks. AI can be applied to many industries globally.
As Karl Marx observed, every area of human activity exists in a state of tension between forces of integration and disintegration.
What might be those forces in a world where much of daily life is managed by AI and super-fast 5G network communication?
There's a relationship between complexity (and the efficiencies it may bring) and vulnerability, and it will be interesting to see how that plays out.
