I don't know whether the above is a reliable source or not, but it seems
to be discussing this topic.
Essentially they are saying there are no long term studies on the
effects of electromagnetic radiation, and it's considered safe if it
does not burn the skin, and as you mentioned, the measure is whether any
heating occurs in the body as a result.
Personally I see no reason why not to install NBN fibre to the premises
rather than fibre to the curb, would be a much faster and better
solution. A wired solution is supposedly faster than a wireless one.
When I visited my dad's place in woden canberra around 25 years ago he
had a portable microwave radiation tester, I found that if I placed a
cup with nothing in it, into the microwave, and started it on high, the
radiation 2 metres in front of the microwave oven is in the danger
level. If the cup has water in it, then there is no radiation coming out
anymore. It would be interesting to see if this issue has improved with
modern microwave ovens.

I am here for online friends, hobbies, volunteer work, and working on
business ideas, and I am on Centrelink Disability Support Pension
(Schizophrenia & Aspergers). I suspect that what will probably work is
people who are on a Centrelink payment such as unemployed, disability,
or retired, since they can benefit from me and since it allows me to
give back to Centrelink, and also, if female friends then age 49+ and
less attractive so that they will find me attractive, also probably
overweight since I am overweight. However I can also work with highly
skilled people since I can make use of what I get from them that is
useful for me to be able to work with interesting concepts. Me:
