[LINK] Absurd ACCC's destructive telco fantasy will only make things worse

I found a few links about mobile frequencies in Australia. In fact a
phone needs to be able to work on multiple frequencies to work in
Australia: "Please note that it's not enough to match just one
frequency. Australian phone networks are built using multiple
frequencies, and not all frequencies are available in every location.
The network frequencies used in rural areas are often completely
different to those used in the city." (www.whistleout.com.au). If a
mobile supports just one frequency that is not enough for it to work,
and also the system changes from time to time such as "Telstra and
Vodafone are both phasing out 3G support on their 2100MHz holdings.
Vodafone will progressively turn convert its 2100MHz spectrum from 3G to
4G across the course of 2019. As such, some 3G-only devices may no
longer work on Telstra and Vodafone." (www.whistleout.com.au). From the
frequency list in the "whistleout" URL below, you can see Vodafone has
the 2100MHz frequency listed for both 3G and 4G, and they are switching
it over from usage in 3G to usage in 4G, so some mobile phones will stop
working.

To bring connectivity to the outback or the folded rural coasts is a real problem. Currently the government pays companies to fix "black spots".

>> I think there's a basic conflict between the market-economics dream of many completely independent providers all busily competing with one-another, and the Australian reality. Constructing independent physical networks in a country like Australia is just stupid.

I am here for online friends, hobbies, volunteer work, and working on

people who are on a Centrelink payment such as unemployed, disability,
or retired, since they can benefit from me and since it allows me to
give back to Centrelink, and also, if female friends then age 49+ and
less attractive so that they will find me attractive, also probably
overweight since I am overweight. However I can also work with highly
skilled people since I can make use of what I get from them that is
useful for me to be able to work with interesting concepts. Me:
