Gender and age:
Most of the people I interact with are female. Everyone I interact with are adults age 18 or above in the workplace, and all friends are age 30 or above.

Work:
I do volunteer work as a staff employee or freelancer/contractor, for work I have a manager(s) or supervisor to manage me, or if I work for myself or as a manager then I might have a mentor to advocate for my opinions and requests.

Hiring of staff:
I pay people to do work for me, such as writing a report. Whenever I pay staff to work for me, I do it on a prepaid basis, so that they only work for time I have already paid them for.

Present work available:
I am interested in paying an Australian freelancer contractor with a sole trader ABN (you can get one for free) and using a desktop computer, tablet, or iPad (a mobile screen is too small to do it), AU$20 per recorded 30 minute thursday evening (Canberra Time) monthly zoom.us video meetings from home with three different purposes. The pay amount can be negotiated depending on your hourly rate, let me know what it is so I can decide whether to proceed, all work is done on a prepaid basis (only work for money you have already received). The results such as writing, art, 3d models, video recording, either of us can publish anywhere online or offline with both our full-names listed as contributors.   thursday of each month from 7pm-730pm. You will need a web camera and headset with microphone so we can see and hear each other and we can also text (type) chat e.g. to send web links and do screen sharing.
1) Me and you to discuss our lives and see what can be improved, and idea brainstorming, mentoring each other, and presenting past work to each other using our computers screen sharing, I will tell you about what I've been doing in the last month, you can tell me about what you've been doing.
2) Collaborating on creating digital art (awwapp.com online whiteboard with each person having their own colour), and creative writing (collabedit.com), using internet collaboration live webpages where we both add to the output in real-time.
3) You to watch me create digital art (ArtRage 4 or Rebelle 3), creative writing (notepad), or 3d models (Google Sketchup Make 2017 / SketchUp 2017), where you can provide feedback for things I am doing at the time so that I can try to improve myself.

Friends with disability:
I sometimes interact as friends with people that have a disability (physical or mental) especially Aspergers or Schizophrenia since it is a bit like me, and also because it is a good way to "give back" to Centrelink for all their financial help to me through disability support pension that I receive due to my schizophrenia and aspergers, and also, through karma, if I help disabled people through friendship then someone might help me with my disabilities, and also, they really appreciate when I chat with them online.

Work Location, time/day, and duration:
I work from home wherever possible, using the internet and my computer, otherwise I am able to come into the workplace anytime I choose during the business's working hours without any notice or appointment, preferably late afternoon or evening. Each activity is usually a small number of hours such as up to 3 hours in one go on any one day.

Strategy:
I am interested in learning about strategies, web page URLs, and companies that I can donate some money or time or purchase an annual service or annual subscription or product, in order to gain something useful from them (this can include the experience of having worked for them as a volunteer for something to do and for the fun of volunteering). The difficulty is to find out which webpages/services/products to put money into (such as by purchasing a service, product, making a donation, or volunteering time) in order to get a particular kind of benefit, such as, attracting jazz musicians to make music with, attracting digital artists to collaborate on art projects, etc. One of the things to ask myself or them is what is something that the people I want to work with, that if I have that then I will attract them to do some tasks/get to work with them, what kind of things are they interested in that if I have that then they will want to spend time with me. For example I cannot !
 presently
  think of any paid annual subscriptions that an artist might be interested in me because I have that, other than perhaps an art magazine subscription, or even a digital copy of some of my art I have previously made and the URLs of my website subdomains of things I have created, which they can use as inspiration for further ideas of their own. What paid products and services and subscriptions are there for the various career/hobby areas (not too expensive since I have limited finances).
