[LINK] Educational Institutions Could Offer eLearning in Response to Wuhan Coronavirus

Perhaps Australian educational institutions could prepare to implement 
blended learning/e-Learning, if some or all, students are not able to 
attend campus, due to the Wuhan Coronavirus, bushfires, or other natural 
disasters.

Victoria's Pandemic Influenza Incident Response Plan for schools says:

"... for students at home, provide access to educational materials 
including online learning." Page 28:

However, I couldn't find any indication this has been tested.

Singapore are the precedent for this, with "E-Learning Week.":
