Perhaps  freudian slip but it is actually the "Bays Precinct". There was
some excitement that Google might move there but that soon vanished when
it was pointed out there was no public transport.

Hopefully, the Bays Precinct will be accessible by both Light Rail and
Metro West. Though sadly the westconnex rozelle interchange and western
harbour tunnel tollways seemed to have been the only major development
in the vicinity to date.

There is hope that the Glebe Island bridge could provide walking and
cycling infrastructure in the same way as the Pyrmont bridge does into
the city over darling harbour.

Shore power for the White Bay Cruise Terminal is also long overdue but
now will only cost 7.5million as an add on to the metro works.

Pre-covid 19 - Low Carbon was the fashion - ofcourse now people are
working where they live which is bad news for the CBD models.
