Er, clarify that again? If an organisation's operations are hyper-automated, then surely that _is_ the organisation. Where's the twin?

Or perhaps the organisation's traditional systems need to be reviewed. Using AI to hide architectural problems in an organisation's business systems sounds to me like a good path to chaos because management will lose understanding & control of their own business.
