Left out the rest of it (2023)
Standards Australia do not currently offer free public access to
standards. Standards Australia made changes to their distribution and
licensing policy

November 2019. Prior to this members of the public had been able to
access standards, for non-commercial purposes such as private research
or study, through their State Library.
Standards Australia recognises the public benefit of free access to
Australian standards and plan to fund and make _*non-commercial public
access available by no later than December 2023. *_This access will most
likely be provided online directly from Standards Australia.
Currently standards can only be purchased online, including from the
Standards Australia Store
