Looks okay to me, as this is using only a small amount of others 
bandwidth and is heavily encrypted. But is there reciprocity? Can you 
free ride, where you use others network access but don't allow them to 
use yours?

With Fon, in return for allowing others to use a small amount of your 
broadband via WiFi, you can use theirs.
